I used to count calories a few years back, but I became overly obsessed with tracking the exact amount of everything and I became frustrated if I didn't get the exact amount of calories. I decided to just stop counting calories and I started splitting my food in half, cutting out junk food, drinking only water and almond milk (coffee occasionally), not eating after 7pm, and exercising more. All this has helped me go from 123 lbs. to 105 lbs. Unfortunately, I have been slacking of painfully since December. I also have been bingeing terribly on peanut butter for these past two months, and I've been missing my exercises. I tracked my calories today to my amazement my calorie intake was 2,000, which is surprising because I don't think I ate that bad today. What I really want to do is get my fat down and become more toned, I really could care less about the number on the scale I care more about my measurements.

You're super tiny, weight wise. May I ask what your height is?
And you're welcome to add me, too! I've been around for a while but I'm not all that talkative. But, it helps to have friends sometimes .0 -
