I'm a stay at home mum so am looking for something I can follow at home to gradually get my post baby body back into shape! I've just discovered the youtube fitness channel but there is so much stuff on there! Has anyone had success with a particular channel/programme?

Thanks!

30 Day Shred is on youtube, I'd give that a go. I always recommend it. I'm on day 25 and have lost 16 inches so I'm pretty partial to it, even though I don't really care for Jillian.

Also look up blogilates and fitness blender, I love both of their HIIT workouts!

Jillian Michael's gets on my nerves but 30 shred isn't bad (I can't do the lunges with my knees but I modify) and her No More Trouble Zones I like better. It's not as much cardio, but she hits every body part in different sections. I like the stomach and chest moves. I am old enough now to know what I can and can't do safely and I can do at least 75% of it.

I would try it and see what you like.
