200 QUADRUPED HIP EXTENSIONS
These are great for toning up your rear-end! You can do these without any weights, throw on an ankle weight if you have them, or place a dumbbell (or even a can of vegetables or water bottle) behind your knee.

I'm going to give them a try with my ankle weights. I will have to try them on the bed or something as I have a busted knee cap so I can't get on my right knee. I guess if worse comes to worse I can just do my left knee.0

I'm bored in the office this morning, so challenge accepted! :::scans office for some sort of weight....discovers a can of soup on desk...tip toes to the office door and discretely closes it...GAME ON!:::
Edit: can of soup and work pants are not compatible, too slippery, but heavy dansko shoes are proving enough weight to make it challenging.
Phew! 4 sets of 25 and I'm done. Thanks for the motivation to do something productive!0 -
