P90X! and how to incorporate it with my daily caloric intake

Hi! I'm new on the board... I wanted to try to incorporate my P90x workouts with my daily food intake, but I'm finding that it's pretty difficult to figure out since the P90x workouts are very different from going to the gym and using regular weight training machines. Can anyone give me a better idea as to how to record my P90x workouts so that they jive with my calorie counting.

    Go to teambeachbody.com and sign up. It's free. They have a daily caloric needs calc. I figured my daily needs if I wasn't doing anything, then figured my needs doing a beachbody routine. They have a list to choose from. I took the difference ( needs doing workout minus needs doing nothing) and manually put it in the database.
