Don't give up! You're so close. If you give up now, you'll regret it later when you get your motivation back! Only 9lbs left!

What motivated you in the first place? Was it success of lising some weight or the thought of reaching your goal? Make an attainable goal and get there in baby steps! I use my Wii balance board for daily weigh ins and set my goal for -1 every two weeks! Do much easier than saying #10 by such a date .

So do maintenance for a bit to reset your mindset. Use the time to remind yourself how much better you look and feel than you did when you started. Then, when you're ready, go the last mile.

Don't give up, you sound like you're in the same boat as I am! I was doing fantastic for well over a year but then gained back around 10 lbs from about the end of the summer til now. I'm feeling like I'm just starting to get my groove back, but I know the next couple weeks will be tough to keep myself on schedule! Remember where you were and how great you felt there, you CAN do it!!!

and I must add - I was THREE pounds from my goal weight. Winter rolled around and I got lazy and gained back a significant amount of weight, so here I am trying to get back to my goal weight. I'd rather be closer to my goal than starting all over again!
