What have you discovered?

On this health and fitness 'journey' I have discovered that:

- it's OK to be hungry. I'm not talking about starving hungry all the time, but hungry about 3 hours after you last ate is good - it means your body has digested all the food from the previous meal and is ready for refuelling! I don't need to eat continuously to avoid this feeling!

- I am the only person who controls what I eat. The chocolate, biscuits and cakes don't jump into my mouth, I make the decision to put them there. If I'm not happy with this decision it's up to ME not to do it! I HAVE CONTROL!!!!

- I enjoy lifting weights, even the baby ones I'm doing to start with. It makes me feel good :-)
