Hey can anyone help me determine the correct amount of Macros to take in? I am 23 y/o female 5'4 136 lbs. I work out 5-6 days a week which includes weight training and cardio. I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I know that my bf% is currently at 27%. any help would be appreciated!! thanks

I think it depends what you can stick to. I like 40/30/30 but if you're fond of your carbs, you might want to stick with MFPs recommendations.0

40/40/20 (pro/carb/fat).. to lose bf% and maintain your lean muscle you are going to have to eat correctly as well which is more important than your macro's.0
