macro shmacro!

Hey can anyone help me determine the correct amount of Macros to take in? I am 23 y/o female 5'4 136 lbs. I work out 5-6 days a week which includes weight training and cardio. I want to lose body fat and gain lean muscle. I know that my bf% is currently at 27%. any help would be appreciated!! thanks :)
