Had to turn back on my run lunchtime. Felt my h/s twinge on Wednesday and it's been a bit tight (right at the insertion point to my glut), so started out today and stopped after a minute or so, stretched and carried on for about 10 minutes decided it was too sore and turned back. It's irritating as my running was coming back up to speed (so to speak!) and I was feeling good. Wonder how long this will last now. I guess one thing is I don't have to worry about eating back my exercise calories
