Started Rushfit..gained weight..normal but...

I know that at the beginning of a new exercise program it is normal to gain a little bit of weight. I have read a couple really good threads on here about the topic. So while I am trying not to freak out about the 2lb gain its hard to be putting in so much work and be gaining. But that issue aside what I want to know is from anyone else that has experienced this, when did you start to see the difference on the scale? Week 3,5 etc. I am almost to the middle of my third week so it's still early I think. I just wanted some real life stories so I can quit obsessing about the scale and not loose motivation.

    When I did Insanity I gained 7 lbs in the first week before the number started going back down. It's caused by fluid retention in the muscles. They retain lactic fluid during the recovery process from the workouts.

    Try tracking your measurements and see if you are losing any.
