how do I enter this in journal??

I did Kathy Smith's Kettleball Solution dvd for 45 minutes....the parts I did focused on core body (abs, etc) and buns and thighs...also a good stretching segment. It was high impact for me and I sweated more than I have in years...LOL. How do I enter this into the exercise diary so I can get credit for the calories burned? Thanks!!
