Nice Macros!

Recently a MFP friend of mine sent me a few links about macro's. I'm working on losing weight and getting fit and for the most part I stay under on my calories. But, I didn't really pay much attention to the other components of nutrition. Most days I was over on protein and under on sodium and fat. I didn't really think much about my carbs (believe it or not in this carb conscious world!)

I'm curious though. What do people aim for on the macro's? Do you aim for the MFP presets or something different?
