Hello all... Justin here. New guy from VA. Trying to lose over 100 lbs. Just looking for motivational friends and help with some tips or pointers.

    Be patient and give your self a break. When many of us got started, we tried to take on a completely new diet and heavy exercise routine all at once. But then, eat one meal that isn't on the plan or miss a workout and the guilt kicks in and you get a case of the F**k-its. Complex habits take a while to learn. If you miss a day in the gym, it is ok. It will be there tomorrow. Get weak and ate a slice of pizza on a Wednesday afternoon? It doesn't mean you have to wait until the following Monday to eat a healthy meal.

    And tell us your thoughts and issues on the message boards. We are here to be supportive.
