I need energy today, advice needed!

I am exhausted today and achey but I need to push through my busy schedule today and have enough energy to workout this afternoon with a trainer. Yes I know, I should have taken yesterday off from exercising and I should have gone to bed at a reasonable hour but I didn't. I've eaten a big breakfast and plan to chug water all day but what else can I do?

Give me your best tips for energizing yourself when you are tired and making it through a tough exercise session.

PS - Don't tell me to cancel my session because I can't, I cancelled last week due to weather if I cancel again I don't think they will be as understanding which may cause me to lose my session since it is short notice.
