New here from Canada!

Hi everyone, I just recently joined MFP last week and I'm starting the 30 day shred tonight and I plan on going on an hour long walk with my son every day. I currently weigh about 160lbs and I'm looking to get down to 120. I'm 5'4". I had my son in July 2012 and my husband and I are looking to start trying to conceive in October so I would like to get my weight down for then. I also have asthma and would like to get in shape to better control it.

I'm 23 years old from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Feel free to add me as a friend if you're in a similar situation or if you just want someone to chat to and motivate each other.
