Can someone explin this to me in layman's terms? I need quick and easy meal ideas. is that possible with paleo? Also, should i be counting calories and nutrients on MFP while doing it? I figured I would try it out for a month. I read on a website that You can have sweet potatoes but on other sites they say you cant. also can you have condiments and dressings?

I don't believe in restricting any foods that I don't have an allergy or intolerance to. I think it's unnecessary for weight loss and extreme.
