Any where I can get something that lists the serving sizes and calories for different foods? Thanks!

the database is full of this info, just go to the food tab at the top and follow from there.0

and when you search a food, such as "chips ahoy cookies" and select it, you can view its nutritional info and you can also pull a drop-down menu under serving size as some members include different measurements. at times i will choose a cooked, skinless chicken breast and input that my serving size was 0.5 as i only had half of it - the website does the math for you.
good luck!0 -
Thanks!
I will have to start utilizing this more. I was looking for something on paper or in a small book format to take with me.0 -
Do an internet search on "calories in fruit" or "calories in vegtables" or nuts, meat, whatever else you are looking for. You will find websites with huge lists of all kinds of things with serving sizes etc. I have them taped to the inside of my kitchen cabinets.0
