Ripped in 30 WEEK 3??

Hallo!

I just did day 1 of RI30, week 3. Is anyone else on this level right now or has Ripped before, and would you perhaps like to add me? Today was a whole new level of pain - for the first time ever, I almost, ALMOST cried during the workout. I'm doing it again tomorrow though, I will finish this thing and I will wear a darn bikini this summer!

Also a quick question - when I try to do pipe crunches, the curve in my mid-back feels like it's pulling and it hurts, but I can't seem to flatten myself against my mat, what do you guys recommend?

    Bumping for info! Finishing Week One tomorrow (6 workouts a week).

    As for pain/soreness....I swear by NutriShop's Kat-A-Lyst - Glutacor Maximux Strength. I was doing Insanity for awhile (finished a whole month before I got...distracted..) and it was the only reason I survived.

    I started yesterday. I did not stretch enough after, not lookin forward to this mornings workout. Will try to see which torture is the pipe crunch. Glad I am not the only one in pain ;) overall I LOVE whatnots going to my body!!!
