Has anyone else got a sad bellybutton?

Hey all,
Just wondering if anyone has any tips for conquering the annoyance known as the 'sad bellybutton'?!

(In case you don't know, it's where the area above your bellybutton isn't toned enough and the fat/skin sort of droops down making your bellybutton fold and your stomach look like an unhappy face)

I've tried sit ups, crunches, kettlebells, swiss ball exercises, planks, push-ups but NOTHING is seeming to tone up that area for me :( PLEASE HELP

You can't target specific areas. I have similar stats as you, 5'5 starting weight was 148. Once you start to lose the weight, your body will start to change. So focus on eating within your calorie goal, eating healthy foods, and doing cardio/light strength training and you will start to see your stomach tighten as you lose the weight

Like she said, you can't spot reduce. I hated my sad belly button, but I'm turning that frown upside down.
I'm noticing a difference now and I'm about 20 pounds down. I'm mostly lifting with only a 1 hour cardio session once a week. It will take some time, but no worries, you'll get there.
