Gave up bread, craving peanut butter: what do I do?

I've quit eating bread because it just causes nothing but stomach problems, but I really miss peanut butter and toast, and peanut butter in general. What can I do, or eat, to suffice my cravings? I've done spoonfuls of peanut butter straight out of the jar, which helps, but that gets old!

And, for the record, I've tried other types of bread (gluten free, all that....) and its the same, so I really can't eat bread, period!

    Peanut butter and banana smoothies.

2 tbsp peanut butter (more or less to suit your tastes)
    1 banana
1 cup milk (or more if it's too thick for you)

Blend, pour into a cup, enjoy

I like to chop up a banana and give the slices little peanut butter hats, it's actually my favourite way to eat peanut butter.

It's good on celery, apples, carrots, bananas. In peanut sauces over chicken, veggies, tofu. Stirred into oatmeal, added to smoothies. Lots of things you can do with it!

pair it with apple slices, put it on celery, add it to a protein shake, make a peanut satay sauce and serve with chicken, I could see how it would go well in plain vanilla yogurt, have a reece's cup.

Sometimes if I have steamed rice with vegetables, I put half a teaspon of low sodium peanut butter in and stir it.
It spreads very evenly and since its only 1/2 a teaspoon, its not crazy calories.

Apply a spoon to the jar. Eat. Yum. (Hard to stop at one serving this way though.)

I LOVE peanut butter & apples. I core the apple and slice it up, using it as a conduit for the yummy PB :)

Use your finger instead of a spoon (just kidding)

Try putting it on apples, bananas or other fruit.

You can also use this recipe to make peanut sauce for chicken, beef. or pork satay

    On...

    Apples
    Bananas
    Oatmeal
    Celery
    Crackers
    Strawberries
In a shake (could just melt the pb a little bit and then add it in a blender with milk, then you got pb milk!)
    Pancakes (or waffles)
    Pretzels
    A spoon
    Yogurt
    Ice cream
    Chocolate
In chili (its really good, but you dont really taste it. but it just adds something extra to chili)
    Almonds
Tortillas (i like to slice up bananas and spread pb on tortillas then grill together, sometimes i go crazy and add chocolate chips)
