High Protein and Fiber Black Bean and Chicken Salad

This is my new favorite dinner. Use the taco seasoning as a dry rub for your chicken. (I put this on my chicken in the morning, come home after work and grill it!) When the chicken is grilling heat black beans with green chili peppers. Start building your salad: greens, sliced avocado, salsa, beans and chicken. After this meal you will not be hungry at all!!!!!

1/2 an Avacado
4 oz Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2 c seasoned black beans
1/4 cup canned fire roasted green chili peppers
3 cups Fresh Express - Tender Ruby Reds Salad Greens
1/4 cup salsa
