    Resurrecting this thread. I'm generally trying to reduce the sodium in my cooking by making changes with what I buy such as no salt added butter and making my own chicken stock. Chicken bouillon cubes are like little salt bombs. Allrecipes is my go to website for recipes and they have a low sodium section. It's so hard not to blow your sodium out of the water before noon. Also, check out this site - www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/public/heart/hbp/dash/new_dash.pdf The yogurt salad dressing recipe is pretty good.

    I am on the low sodium bandwagon too. Found out just yesterday a large tortilla has almost 500 mg of sodium. Yikes! I did not know that. It's hard to give up that oh so familiar salty goodness. Sorry no help with recipes...I will keep looking.
