    I must say...I am simply AMAZED at how long some of you have logged in. Congrats!! It gives me determination that I too can do it. I am serious about sticking with it. I log either on my phone or computer. I log whether it is a good day or a bad day. It helps me to remember where I have been and where I want to be.

    Almost 270 days here. It's like walking, put one foot in front of the other....log one day, then the next , then the day after, becomes habit forming fast.
