I have struggled with my weight my whole life. I lose and I gain. I think I have finally reached a point in my life where I am happy and I know how to stay healthy now. After having my daughter and gaining a ton of weight last year( I ended up weighing 136 and I am only 4'9") I decided to download this awesome program Noom onto my smartphone. From march of last year until January of this year I used the program every single day and got down to 115 which I was very happy about. My smartphone stopped working and I am no longer able to use Noom so I have switched to MFP. Doing MFP I have gotten down to 113 my complete goal was 110.
The thing is I think my body is trying to tell me it is done losing weight. I have never really felt a constant feeling of staving before. Lately though I am eating filling foods (fruits, nuts, fiber) I feel like I didn't even eat. My stomach is constantly rumbling. I see this as a sign that its time to just maintain the weight and not try to lose it anymore. I have come a long way and feel happy with my body now. I do need to tighten up but its time to stop losing weight.

Good for you for seeing a stopping point for losing!

This is where I started:

Once I got to where that was easy, I got a gym membership.
But they also have an advanced version:

And even with the beginner one I saw improvements.
There is also something out there that gets recommended alot called "You are your own gym" and I thin Convict Conditioning.0 -
