Help please? How many calories ..?

I am 5'7, 17 years old, and 325 lbs. I was consuming around 1200 calories and I lost quite a bit of weight, but recently I haven't been losing anything even though I'm eating way under my BMR (which is about 2300 according to the calculators I've used.) For the past 2 days I've been eating around 1800 calories in an effort to keep my metabolism strong and to feel good throughout the day. Is this the correct amount to be consuming? I don't exercise much.. I don't have an excuse really, I just want to start out dieting because it's a big enough change in itself. I just want to lose weight in a healthy way, but at the same time I feel like 1800 calories is way too much to be eating on a diet. Thanks so much.. sorry, I'm kind of clueless. Any help would be really appreciated.
