There are only 2 choices: Make PROGRESS or Make EXCUSES!!!


What choices are you making today? I choose progress!!! You don't need to be perfect. No one is, so don't stress yourself out over being perfect. BUT you CAN aim for progress!!!! Go for that today.

I have to think of this many times throughout my day. In the early morning when I get up at 5am to workout. When I am choosing my foods each meal time. We are all faced with choices but those that are seeing results and having success aren't making excuses. They are focusing on making progress.
