Some direction about nutrition, please

I've just started the Brazil Butt Lift video, and been on the 6-day low calorie, clean food "kick-start" plan for 5 days (today is 5). I'm set up to run a 5k tomorrow morning with the family, and I'm concerned about the LCD and such an intense workout on top of the normal. (I've been doing the 20-30 minute workouts with the plan 2 times a week all week, so it's not like I haven't exercised at all.)

I'm wondering how worried I need to be, and if I should consider modifying my intake starting with dinner tonight. I'm not exactly sure how my legs are going to make it through the run (I've been working them pretty hard  ), and I imagine we'll end up walking at least 1/2 of the route with my son. So, do I stick to my diet for the final day; or is it important for me to modify, and how?

I was thinking about changing tomorrow's breakfast from egg whites to whole eggs, and changing the snack to a banana after the race, and maybe some yogurt. Is that enough of a boost? I was also considering adding a small portion of pasta or potato to my dinner tonight, but I'm not sure how much that would help.

Thanks! Worrying about health is absolutely more important, and I'm almost finished with the plan anyway...at the same time, I am SICK of this diet and would probably find any excuse to modify.
