Love coffee! Love losing weight! Love love!

But hate that not so pleasant blocked up feeling.

Looking for opinions on a coffee enema.

I want to cleaaaannnnssseee my soul... I want to eradddicate these demons!!!!

    I looked for help online and came across this for a manual coffee enema. It's made in China so you know it's safe and they even include a helpful diagram. It's pretty self expanatory. Best of luck!
