What to do after 30 DS

I'm on day 25 and looking for stuff to do after I don't want to do 30 DS again til I've lost around 30 more pounds and then I'll try to follow Nat instead of Anita lol. But alot of people from my 30DS group are going on to Ripped in 30 and I'm not sure I will do that. Idk it just seems like something I should do when I'm closer to goal and you can actually SEE abs, I still have about 85 more pounds to go so that won't be for awhile. I do Nike on Kinect and follow up with 30DS then a half hour to hour of Dance Central on Kinect.

I've lost around 7 lbs and 16 inches during Feb with 30DS so I'm really interested in doing a great followup

I'm finishing up week 2 of Ripped in 30. I think you should do it. Its a little bit harder than 30ds but you will lose weight. You don't have to be a certain size to do it. You'll get stronger and lose weight.

I followed my first round of 30DS with RI30 as well. It was a perfect follow-up. I wish I'd stuck with it more consistently (I started it in early December and just finished a couple days ago). I'm going back to 30DS again this month with heavier weights and will probably do another round of RI30 again after. I really like her 3-2-1 system, it works well for me and I've seen great results!

I just started Ripped in 30 this week. I finished 30 DS on Sunday. I think you should do it. You may not be "at goal" but you are stronger now than when you started, and you will be stronger when you finish Ripped.

I am no where near goal, but I thought "shoot, it sure can't hurt anything!" I am doing as many of the advanced moves as I can, but if I have to modify something, I do it with no guilt, because at least I am trying as hard as I can.

My plan is to do the Ripped in 30, then do the 30 DS and Ripped together.
