mixing up the workout

Been kinda bored for months with my routines i run, weight, zumba, yoga but still just after a few days i start to dread it i live in alaska so it may just be cabin fever but any ideas? Oh have various workout tapes as well.

I know you said you do zumba but maybe try some dvd's (or go to youtube) and try some differnet dancing. Hip-hop, latin, ballroom even give Irish danicng (which is alot of fun) a try. Dancing is a great calorie burner and can be so much fun you forget your actually working out. Hope this helps, good luck!0
