Feels like over eating

It's funny trying to diet and I'm finding it hard to eat back all the calories burned from exercise to reach my net goal of 1200.... I am weighing everything and tracking every lick! My food log is so long from adding every little thing lol! I am doing this right , right????? Food log is open please check it out and let me know if there's anything I should change thanks!

    Your diary looks good and I think you're on track.

    If you're looking for a way to "make up" those extra calories, maybe allow yourself to indulge a little more at meal time, have an extra serving of veggies or maybe throw in some more proteins. Get yourself as close to your daily goal as you can, but don't waste your calories on foods that aren't going to provide any nutritional value.

    I wish I had that problem. LOL. I don't worry as much about eating back the calories I burn with excercise. I try to stay within the 1200 calories of food alone, and use the bonus workout calories if I'm still hungry. There's a lot of debate on here, however, as to whether one SHOULD be eating back those excercise calories because of 1200 calories being too few.

    Looks like your doing great, really healthy looking diary. Don't stress, you seem to be doing perfectly!
