New here :)

Hi, I signed up did this in December and forgot about it. I started my diet in February I do zumba 90 day supreme ( similar to p90x ) and walking. By doing that and eating a extremely low calorie intake.( Which I now realize is stupid.) I lost 14lbs ( 192- 178 ) and now I am one month in and already in a weight loss plateau. I know now that I was eating to few calories and have upped it. So now I just need some friends on here to help me and we can motivate each other. My goal is 120/130 which ever feels best :)
