Suggestions for Fitness Challenge

I am looking for some suggestions on leveling different activities for a fitness challenge we are setting up at work. In the past they have had 30 min cardio activities (including yoga and weight training, walking and running) as 1 point per half hour. And a game of 18 hole using a cart equalling 6 points per game (more than hockey or tennis).

I'm looking for some ideas on how to weigh the point scale for different activities.

Thoughts?
