My First Week

I'm almost done with my first week here on MyFitnessPal. So far I think I'm doing pretty good. Food intake calculating is slightly depressing since my love is good food.
Luckily, I've been able to maintain a "no-gain" lifestyle for the better part of five years. It's only since I got pregnant, went into food feeding frenzy and birth that I screwed up. I went from 130 to 180 and now I am at 150. Courtesy of Taco Bell and blind cravings of foods I pretty much kicked out of my diet before the hormones took over.
I've listed my negative calories from Breastfeeding and walked, danced and squatted more than my weekly exercise goal. So far so good, I guess. It's been 10 months since the baby and I'm 20 lbs away from pre-pregnancy.
I might not have lost any scale weight yet, but that's just because my scale sucks. Stepping on and off within seconds I bounce around +5 pounds or -5 pounds.. never exact. My current weight was taken from another person scale. I really should get a digital one. That way I can track myself more accurately. For now, it's all about my inches.
Anyway. I am hoping that the counting, exercising and breastfeeding numbers are closer to accurate than my own counting. I've tried counting before and never went past a week doing this in a notebook. I will be so glad to drop my 20 lbs. Then I can go back to my original "no gain" food intake. I love my food.
Other than that, hello. Nice to meet you all.
