Evening all...fairly new & looking to chat..

I've been on & off MFP for a while but consistently using it since beginning of Feb. I'm based in the UK and happy to connect with people anywhere to motivate and bounce off (not literally!! ha ha).
I'm doing intermittent fasting, hypnosis, calories controlled diet, running (training for a half-marathon), core strengthening & circuit training.
March goal is to shred a few more lbs for a fab holiday to the US in 28 days time - I've got a few dresses I want to look better in. Long term goal is to lose weight, get stronger and find a routine for life to keep in shape.
