Hungry all the time !!!!

Why am I so hungry all the time. I am noting everything I eat on this tool and I just make over 1200 !!! Like right now, I am STARVING and I only have 287 calories left over before I hit the 1200 mark. I have drank a ton of water w/ Lemon in it too.

Is anyone out there like me and if so, how do you supress the hunger? Ugh

You probably need to eat more.

It's been a long cold winter and that has made me feel hungry a lot. Distraction is the best thing (after drinking water)- escaping to the bathroom for a long hot bath, painting your nails, clearing out a cupboard, going to bed early or other such things. Sometimes I just give in and eat and then have to exercise to balance it out. Since starting Just Dance 4 on the Wii I've realised how hard one has to work to burn off the calories though- 27 mins dancing to work off a 'healthy' cereal bar, I'm not convinced the food is worth it! I do hope that other people come up with some food options for you. Good luck! x

You probably don`t want to hear this but...you`re not eating enough.

If you provide some stats ( weight, height, gw, and exercise level) we might guide you in the direction as to what might be the appropriate amount for you.

When I'm having hungry days (or a hungry week!) I bump up my vegetable consumption since it fills me up without a lot of calories. Just this afternoon, I roasted 3 zucchini and an eggplant at 350 for about 45 minutes. Sprayed with Pam non-stick cooking spray, seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic and it's awesome...with hardly any calories! It's enough for me to snack on all day today and most of the weekend. You're not alone!

Hunger is your body's way of telling you to eat. It really is that simple.

    Hello,
I eat things like rice and also lots of veggies, carrots and peas dont contain a lot of cals but are filling along with small new potatoes...very nice...plate looks like its full all the time but cal count is pretty low.

Not sure what other advice I can give as I dont have that sort of hungry type thing (yet!!)
