Any shorties looking to lose 1 stone?

I am 5ft 1 and looking to lose a stone. Any shorties will know that a stone on a small body is quite a lot! CW: 125 GW:110. My calorie goal is 1200 and I am exercising 3 times a week but not eating back my exercise calories. I have already lost a stone but seem to have reached a plateau jumping between 127-125 and back again for the last 2 weeks. I think it may be because I am not eating enough. Any advice on this? Just seems weird that to lose more weight I need to eat more, just doesn't seem right!! In need of some friends, for encouragement and to do a weekly weigh in with so feel free to add me.
