    Well, I had a 5 lb weight loss last challenge, but I attribute that to going off the BC pills. So now I have to work to have an ACTUAL weight loss for this round. Starting this past Monday, I really kicked myself into gear, but I need to not lose focus.

    MY GOALS:
    1) Continue to eat healthy throughout the challenge and not self-sabotage my efforts every 3rd or 4th day.
    2) Get in some form of exercise everyday.
    3) Keep a positive attitude so I can consistently see the 130s lb.

    ok, coming back mentally now.

    SO GET UP AND GET GOING

    today so far so good, breakfast is over and done, now to fill the morning until lunch. i have to stop thinking of food as a way to waste my day. oh, wait an aha moment. i use food to fill my day. need to find something else that works. i will go find a puzzle today and get me some good snacks.

    So...last night was a success! I stayed within my calories and had no unplanned snacking! YAY!!! Gonna make today the same!

    Here's the meal plan so far:
    B-oatmeal, 1/2 c. skim milk, 2 c. coffee, 2 tbsp. sugar free creamer
    S-banana, trail mix granola bar
    L-1/2 c. fat free cottage cheese, 14 baby carrots, Anjou pear, light yogurt
    S-100 cal. worth of almonds
    D- tilapia, some veggie, and rice
    S-red grapes

    Hiya Sixers. I went MIA last challenge. No promises I won't do the same this time. Getting divorced is hectic, I'll tell ya what! But I'm here, I've lost the weight I gained in the last challenge, back to almost the same start as before. I'm ready to try again!

    Kristin, I was looking at your meal plan for Tuesday... yesterday.... Is that enough food? It looks really light weight.... ??

    Bahama Amy, realistically you can still lose weight during your pregnancy as well! My high school best friend did just that, eating better and lost lots of weight during her pregnancy. She weighs less now than she ever has, and had a healthy 8 or 9 lbs baby boy. Keep truckin' along, I am excited for you!!!

    AmyLou, GREECE???]/b] I am green with envy. I mean, I seriously am JEALOUS. What are you doing in Greece? Who are you going with? I have ALWAYS wanted to go to Greece. le sigh!

    Cathy, a puzzle sounds like fun! I love working puzzles. Plus it's hard to eat while doing a puzzle. The pieces get dirty too easily. :wink:

    Having a difficult time drinking all my water. :grumble: I feel like an obstinate child, which amuses and frustrates me.

    B- coffee with creamer, diet green tea, Fruity Cheerios (no milk)
    L- Michelina's Santa Fe Beans & Rice (yum!), Diet Sam's Cola
    S - ??? I have 100 cals in cheese balls if I need a crunchy cheesy snack, but I hope to avoid snack time
    D- ??? maybe a hot dog casserole I have a recipe for, maybe fish sticks and veggies? I have Kiddo tonight, so my meal will vary based on her mood and what she wants to eat.

    My water bottle is sitting on my desk, staring smugly at me.
    It looks so snooty, with it's beautifully curved body and it's cap held high.

    I can do this today. I can drink all my water.
    But first --- small goals. I can finish THIS bottle of water (16oz).

    I did Walk away the pounds yesterday instead of weights... but I made up for it by doing weights and treadmill today. I'm pushing it out!

    Very busy day today! Got all my final papers for my cruise. April 24th! YEA!!!! Changed my swimming days from MWF to TTH sometime on the weekend. The gym has classes on MW so they chase me out of the pool. DARN!

    Glad to see alot of you still hanging in! Good luck on the next 6 weeks.

    I am bowing out of the challenge. I really have not been present and am just not a provider of support for anyone right now. I need the support but cant give it back.

    I am heading back to weight watchers and have purchased Turbo Jam. I will be kicking it into high gear. Once I can get on a routine with work, kid/husband time, workout time and good sleep then I will do more than lurk!

    Kristin, I'm glad to hear you're getting your cals in. I was thinking the same thing :wink:

    Lauryn, so what did you have for supper after all?

    My day was good-bad. There was a cookie incident, but otherwise I had:
    1 slice of toast w/ almond butter & 1/2 a banana plus 1/2 cup 1% cottage cheese for breakfast,
    some brown rice sushi for lunch (and those darned cookies - UGH!) plus some celery,
    then I had quinoa, corn & tofu with home-made (very healthy) spicy peanut sauce wrapped in steamed kale and some walnuts as well.
    I did a BodyPump class and I've got Pump in the morning. Need to get to bed though - EARLY morning for the gym!

I was so not ready when wyatt was only 7 months old .... lol ..... i woulda sworn to you that wyatt would be an only child hahahah ! but different things happening in our family jus caused me to want to have just one more!

    Laurynn-- (HUGS) :flowerforyou: Im so proud of you for working so hard despite the divorce and being a mom! i know how tough just regular old days of mommyhood can be for weight loss.... but we can push thru ! Thanks for all your kind words.... that sounds amazing... i have alot of extra to get off.... so i want to keep on losing it during my pregnancy and keep on walking .... and i have about SIX pregnancy workouts that i switched to doing when i got pregnant with my son .... kept my weight gain at a minimal .... but i could have tried a lot harder ! ... so thats my goal... keep up with my weight watcher points ! ... and continue losing and who knows ... i may end up smaller at the end of this pregnancy then ive been in YEARS !

    rhiannon-- yay for being down the .4.... always nice to see SOME kind of loss each day ! lol ... cookie incident? lol .. sounds like something that would happen to me lol ! .... but your day sounded great minus that ! so way to go !!! good luck with your Pump class today!

    well im back down this morning to what i weighed in the other morning at 264..... so yay ! i hate when you weigh in and you go up immediately ! ugh ! ... but im going to work hard this week to get down some of the 10 ..... cant wait to be in the 250's ....

    Yesterday i cleaned my entire office (future baby #2 bedroom) haha .... wow had i collected a lot of stuff ....... GEEZ ! it piles up from no-where lol ! but its all clean and i feel like i can focus on exercising when my house feels alot more de-junked !

    woke with a headache again. found out the pollen count is off the charts. that as DH is leaving tells me the guy said the red line goes way up off the meter. so with my windows open i am getting it in the house. i won't turn on my air yet, can't afford to. so have to dust again today and vacuum again.
    he better get a paycheck from the new company today. i have to pay my taxed today. they said nothing about a hold back. he hasn't called me yet. the girls are just getting to the office now anyway.
