Limes?

Is it healthy to drink lime water every day? Would the acidity of a lime or two a day really be enough to cause any problems?

The only potential damage would be to your tooth enamel.0

are you British?
I'm not sure what the benefits would be. Can't be worse than anything else.0 -

ha, no....I just love sour. Was surprised to hear from my doctor at a recent visit that it could cause damage to my stomach. Sounded a bit dramatic to me, but I was curious what others thought.0

Damage to your stomach? Yeah, that sounds dramatic to me, too. If you were eating them like we eat oranges, and if you were eating 10 or 20 a day...sure. But in your water? It's so diluted and mild. I'm sure it is harmless. I might want to rinse my mouth with plain water every once in a while to protect my teeth, though. Just to be on the safe side.0
