Has anyone used the Total Gym or Weider Total Body Works 5000?

I use a Total Gym, but it is an older version. It made a perfect clothes hanger for a few years, and now that I am working out again, it really is a great machine. Now I am challenged to figure out how to log it when I use it. Should it be strength training or cardiovascular?

I have a Total Gym also. And I love it. It came with a whole bunch of cards that have different exercises on them. It is great for resistance. I've been concentrating on cardio and just decided a few hours ago that I'm going to start incorporating my Total Gym for resistance training three times a week. They have so many DVDs also that you can follow while working out.

Thanks for your replies. I'm still thinking of getting one, just need to figure out where to put it. When I do I'll probably get the Weider gym because it's cheaper.

Hubby got me doing the Total Gym workouts with him everyday, and I got him using myfitnesspal. But it is a bummer I can't find any of the exercises in myfitnesspal to log them!! If anyone does log them, what are you doing it under?? Thanks for any help!!
