I have dropped from 160 to 139. My goal is 134 but I want to build muscle along the way (lifting at home). I have been on preset MFP percentages. How should I adjust my protein percentage to encourage muscle?

Do you know your body fat percentage?
The recommendation I've received over and over for someone who is lifting is 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass. So you take your body weight and subtract your body fat percentage. For me:
130 lbs, 25% body fat. So 130 x .75 = 97.5
So that means 98 grams of protein. For fat I do .35 grams per pound of body weight. That's 46 grams for me.
