Hi. I have been trying to eat right and excersize and my weight was flying off at first now it's been at 209 for about 2 and half weeks. I eat very healthy. I'm usually close to my calorie goals if anything I'm under the goal. I have been doing 3 days strength for 30 min and 2 days cardio for 30 minutes. My calorie ratio has been about 40% carbs(mostly fruits and vegtables), 27% protein, and 32% healthy fats. I eat about 1600-1700 calories a day am 38 yrs old 6'1" . I find it hard to get more calories in as most vegatables dont have many calories and I'm already pretty high on protein intake. Any suggestions for me??

Do you eat back some of your workout calories?
Try eating up to half of your work out calories back. It has worked for some people.
Or try to do a different workout routine like P90 or insanity workouts.0 -
I usually am under on my calories everyday especially on my cardio days. But I don't feel hungry because I eat a lot of fiber and vegatables, I graze all day long just on healthy low calorie options like i will have oatmeal and fiber one for breakfast. i will have a large chicken salad for lunch and fish with broccoli and rice for dinner. I will also snack on almonds and fresh fruit throughout the day. I feel like I'm eating all day but it's all low calorie food0

I would try and change up your workout. I like to change mine up and use HIIT (high intensity interval training) for my cardio and with my weightlifting days. I think that with you doing 30 min workouts that HIIT would be great for you. Here is a website i used for HIIT training ideas.

Cut your carbs back, and eat more fats. Nuts, salmon, tuna, chicken breasts, and lean pork. You are not getting enough calories. Stay away from caffeine as well.0
