    Start logging everything you eat. It is difficult at first but gets easier after you have been eating similar foods. Tracking what you eat is the only way to lose weight correctly. And you will have plenty of help on this site. My wife is 22 weeks pregnant now and trying to combat the weight gain so she doesn't have to lose a bunch after delivery. Good luck.
