Just saying a big hello to all my fellow Aussies out here in MFP land. I'm only 1 week into my journey but happy to give out a lot of support and will prob need some support soon too. it's not gonna be easy but we can all do it!     Sydney here, please read my profile and send a message if you think we are compatible. I log on every day and just got a FitBit. I Eat MORE to lose fat and go to gym 3-4 times a week. Also think that a couple of wines on Saturday night is ok, it's about lifestyle.

    I am building a new lifestyle, not on a diet. Loving MFP!
