Can't take credit for exercise

I've found that I can't take credit for my exercise or I don't lose weight. Anyone else like this? I have gone to the gym 3 times per week for so long that it seems to be my baseline. If I take calorie credit for the workouts, I can't lose weight. I have to mark myself down as sedintary with no exercise.

    lol i am pretty similar. i dont even log my weight lifting routine anymore, not like the calorie deficit it creates is anywhere near big enough anyways.

    This. If you are challenging and growing, then it may have become your norm. Do you do the exact same thing every time?
