Just signed up, and aiming to lose about 2 stone (12kilos, 28lbs) ASAP! Home gym equipment here I come... Living in the UK and studying at uni right now. Anyone else experienced that Fresher 15 (and some..) going in the wrong direction..? Hopefully not just me!

    Why not adjust your goals to be a lifelong change of reasonable eating and exercise?
