Logging P90X workout routines?......

Hi all,

I'm new here and I'm trying to figure out the best way to log the P90X routines. I'm not sure what to enter to come up with the best matches from the database.

How are you logging your workouts?

    I add custom exercises. You go under my exercises, then create exercise. you can add your minutes and calories burned. I use a heart rate monitor to figure what I burn each time.
    before that I just added what I thought was close.
    kenpo- i used kickboxing
    core and abrx- i used calesthenics
    cardiox- used combnation of kickboxing/cardio
    etc....etc!
    it so much easier if u have a HRM!

    I use a Mio heart rate monitor wrist watch that tells me my calories burned. I got mine at Canadian Tire but I am sure you can get them elsewhere and they are not too bad in price. Then I log those calories burned as above
