I just put my nuts in the blender.....

Does anybody else do this? Sometimes I soak them overnight and sometimes I just throw them in the blender and find it a great way to get 25g of Almonds into my diet.

Today's Smoothie hit the 1007 calorie count (140c 48p 29f) and tasted yummy (my diary is open if you want a peek).

Oh, my ex wife once tried to blend my nuts but that's another story ;)
