Hey everybody!I've been eating healthily and exercising since september!I didn't count any calories and i had occasional treats,i also exercised 4-5 times a week.Yet,i am not losing any weight!I know i have extra fat on my body so i don't get why i am not losing anything. However i can see that my body has now more muscle definition but i still want to lose a few kilos!

To maximize fat loss, you need enough fuel (calories) and some rest. Also, maybe watch sodium more closely? Not sure why MFP sets sodium at 2500 mg/day. The American Heart Association now recommends everyone limit sodium to 1500 mg/day. I gain a few pounds of water weight anytime I go over about 2000 mg/day.

Sometimes our weight comes to a stall! If you know your bmr, recalculate it since you've lost weight. IF you don't know it, figure it out and try to eat slightly above it! Maybe change up your exercises?0

You're not counting calories? I think it's time to start.0

Yes, it's time to start counting those calories. Weigh and measure everything. I would ALWAYS over-estimate if I wasn't doing that and counting the calories every meal/snack. Gook luck!0

Use the roadmap thread and start counting. it really is the best way to go.0

even if you are eating healthy foods, if you are eating too many calories, you will not lose weight.0
