Body Fat Measurements?

the two online sites I tried- neither ask for my height. I would think that would be a factor. having a 30 inch waist at 5'9" would be very different body fat percentage that having a 30" waist at 4'9".
and just curious... what is your neck measurement? mins is 12.5" (I am 5'6" )
Are neck measurements that important really? My mom had a skinny neck until she got really overweight. it was still super skinny even when she was chubby. same with her bony hands and wrists.
I guess that is why taking 3-5 measurements with a tape measure isn't super accurate for Body fat.

thanks. I plan on using calipers next week, but hear it it hard to get the right pinch of skin at the right place.0
