I have a rental property (my former home) that was in both my and my ex-wife's name for MOST of 2012. In December I refinanced it and took her off the mortgage and also took her off the deed (quit-claim / warranty deed). .

Turbo tax wants to know if I was 100% owner in 2012. .

Anybody?
